It seems like at some point or another we all have questions about what to send. So, I decided to start a thread that can help us all. If you have something I didn't list, feel free to add. I've already sent my life to my fiance so it's too late for me to add, but others may be able to use this info.
This is what I sent besides the requested documents:
1. 500 Emails
2. phone cards
3. Wedding coordinator letter
4. Reception Hall rental contract
5. Photography contract
6. Wedding Invitation
7. Notarized letter from parents, siblings, and friends who have spoken to him and involved in the wedding
8. Copy of my passport with stamps
9. pictures
10. my letter of intent (notarized)
11. wedding receipts
12. boarding pass and itinerary
13. moneygrams from me to him (still deciding if I want him to use them)
14. copy of birth certificate

I would add: IM Chats and phone records from the phone used to dial the calling card (especially if its a cell phone)

I agree. Add the IM chats. And ESPECIALLY the phone card details if you have a phone card that has those. I have heard that sometimes the CO thinks that just a phone card receipt is not enough. They want to see a log of the phone numbers used so that there is proof you actually called your SO.

yes pingo.com is a great calling card site with great records! i suggest pingo!!! i'm in the process of sending stuff to nana as well. i would like to add that for K-3 folks you must also send:
-most recent tax return (2006)
-pay stubs
-bank statement (letter from the bank as well as most recent statement)
that is my 2 cents for now!!!
