The cover letter and original statement for marry within 90 days of entering the US is hand writing is ok? we have to type by pc ??

If it is nicely hand written and legible I see no reason why you could not do that.

Either way is fine. Be sure to sign and date it in your own handwriting if you chose to type it out on the pc.

And in any case, keep copies of everything you send. Always. Forms, letters, etc. You'll be glad you did.
