Ours was transferred from TSC to CSC... and CSC is flying!

Hi Silvanski,

How do you know ur 1751 petition has been transferred to from TSC to CSC? Does it show that when you sign onto USCIS to check your status or did you get an email? We filed at TSC also on April 20 with a NOA 1 date of April 25th and we havent been touched since May 29th.

The envelope has the CSC address, the tracking number on the NOA is for CSC.

BTW California is reffered to as WSC (Western Service Center) on the NOA's

I sent ours in on July 2. They cashed the check on July 17. We got the receipt yesterday, Aug 4. Our case was transferred from TX to CA.

so, like 2 weeks. ok

just checked with USPS. the package was delivered yesterday, Aug 4th.
I hope they go off of postmark for determining fees.

FYI, I sent my petition on July 27 and the NSC received it on July 30th. The check has NOT been cashed yet.

Same here...Sent package on July 27 to NSC..They signed for it on July 30. check not cashed yet either!

I'm waiting to hear from CSC as well. Not sure if the process for I-751 is the same as with the I-130. With the I-130 they sent you a notice that they had received your application and assigned a case #. I'm a bit concerned bec. previously the CSC had acted on my application within 2 weeks.

seems normal looking at timelines that it takes a couple of weeks plus to cash check/issue NOA. It would also be reasonable to assume that anyone who possibly could got theirs in and beat the deadline for fee increases so I am assuming they are swamped at the moment so wont start worrying for several weeks yet at least no-one has heard a thing yet.

check still not cashed. saw in another thread that maybe 2 weeks.

We received our Biometrics letter today!!! Appointment is for September 7th in Naperville. Haven't tried to register case online yet. Things are moving along well -

USCIS has not cashed our check yet, BUT this week got not one but two letters (I-797C, Notice of Action)stating how her green card has been extended for another year. On htat letter it does say that they received our payment. I like how they received it not cashed it yet. It also said that to wait for an appointment letter for the biometrics.

At least it is moving along now. And no worries regarding any hassles with employment or traveling.

Well I had my fingerprintz taken and the tracking device implanted, only waiting on my GC... no worries with the NOA extending my current GC for a year

Got our Biometrics appointment for Sep 15th

Ana went to the biometric appointment today.
The appt letter said 11 AM. She entered the bld at 10:45 am. They processed her. Asked for letter and green card. Tokk finger prints and photo. Left the bld at 11 AM.

So that is taken care of.

My wife had her fingerprints and photos taken at the Naperville office on Fri. Whole process took about 15 min. Now just wait for the new card to arrive.

well, today, Sept 20, 2007, we got the letter saying that the 10 year card has been approved.
3 years and 9 days after we married. wow!
we have to wait for the card to arrive.

I sent my I-751 a few days before you and we still haven't even gotten the bio appt letter and you already got your 10 yr GC approved. This system is crazy. I know I have no room to complain yet though since there are many waiting for way too long!

went on vacation the 22nd... but on the21st... we got the freakin card in the mail! wooo hooo!
