did you receive your packet already? i am still waiting for mine to arrive...i hope it gets here soon.

hi my interview is set on the 11th of sept, didnt rcv packet 4 yet either. called embassy and girl told me it was already sent july 13. not sure where they mailed it, not able to asked where, hope to call again to know where. but in case we dont get it, how do we get our appt letter. oh by the way, embassy website is not updated as to our schedule so i am not sure where to get the appt letter. hope someone here knows where we can get the appt letter.

you can call st. lukes for your packet. my fiance called them to pick-up his packet and had his medical at the same time even if it wasn't his schedule at that time.

hi regie, i suggest you call the embassy again and ask when and where your packet was sent. i called the embassy yesterday morning (monday) and lorraine said it was sent out (meaning: forwarded to DHL) only last Thursday, July 26. This confused me because when i called a few weeks ago, she said the packet was already sent out last July 13. I guess "SENT OUT" has many meanings . anyway, lorraine told me to wait a couple more days and guess what, i got it this afternoon. The DHL guy delivered it.

That was an excellent contact number for us when we were having some problems with Claudeth's German police translation. I don't know if the same lady is assigned to that extension but the one there when we went through was a saint. Good luck to all of you going through Manila

Got my packet 4 last wk, delivered by DHL. It came late tho, maybe my call to embassy helps becoz after calling a week after that, got my packet. i was a little bit worried becoz i know we wud be using the appt letter to present on interview time. maybe the embassy is about to mail it or they were just alarmed by my call :-D . anyway it is already set. we were just awaiting for God's perfect time.
