2. Affidavit – From my wife’s employer who knows both of us well.
3. Thank you notes from a neighbor and a friend address to the both of us.
4. Pictures and ticket stubs from a play we attended the Green Bird, San Francisco Ferry Ride, State Fair.
5. Pictures of a trip to the mountains and the snow to visit brother.
6. Pictures with both family members.
7. Itinerary of our trip to China in 2007 along with pictures.
8. Designated beneficiary of my 401 and 457 investment plans, pay warrants beneficiary.
9. Health, Dental enrolment documents.
10. Tax transcripts from IRS 2005 and 2006.
11. Both of our DMV cards showing our address.
12. Furniture receipts of purchases we made with both names on invoice.
13. Goodwill donations from both of us with our address included on receipt.

do you have any evidence like utilities or mortgage or rental papers.?.. or any evidence in regards to a joint account at your bank ....
if you have some bills in your name and some in your spouses name i would include those too.... all the evidence doesn't necessarily have to have both your names on it...
also remember to include photocopies of the front and back of the green card.. I almost forgot to do taht when I was mailing off my package....
just to give you an idea this is what we included in our package ....
copy of baby's hospital certificate
copy of baby's death certificate
copy of rental agreement
copy of car insurance
copy of one recent joint tax form
copy of 401K that states that I am the primary beneficiary
copy of health care statement showing that I am covered under hubby's health care insurance
copy of one recent gas bill
copy of one recent phone bill
copy of one recent cable bill
copy of recent bank statements
copy of paper showing that hubby added me to his bank account

What about joint bank accounts, credit card accounts... From my understanding, if you want to include affidavit letters, you probably want to include two affidavit letters based on the instructions of I-751.

What about joint bank accounts, credit card accounts... From my understanding, if you want to include affidavit letters, you probably want to include two affidavit letters based on the instructions of I-751.
My wife has a checking account and ATM card but it is not joint this is her first ones, I could add another letter at a later date I don't know if that is a must do? I have one plus a couple of thank you notes. I didn't know it was a requirement to have two?

You are not required to include affidavit letters as your evidence. But if you want to include it as your evidence, I think you probably better prepare two letters. bcoz the instructions of I-751 reads like:
"The documents should cover, but not limited to, the following examples:
......
5. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at LEAST TWO PEOPLE who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship. ......"
I think it is really up to you. Include only one affidavit wouldn't hurt, I think.
