Color depends on the consulate and sometimes they are white. My husband had a 221(g) blue and a white form letter that stated AP. Some consulates issue green, pink, blue.

Depends on consulate, and sometimes even depends on visa type by consulate. No standard.

HCMC gives PINK for LOVE baby that's the approval slip.
Blue - sadness - more evidence and review to be done
Light green - approved but need further investigation
White - Goodbye birdy, return petition application to USCIS for lack of or great evidence of fraud
Or nothing, just "oops, we lost your package, go reapply for a new one"

Nigeria's approval is yellow. At least that's what my fiance received.
