I sent in the I-864 early to the NVC and I of course I now have that message on the IVR saying that I have missing or incomplete documents. It went on to say that on July 14, a letter was mailed explaining what was missing or incomplete.
ANYWAY, I received the letter saying that I'm missing the DS-230 (knew that).
On the coversheet that I'm supposed to return with the missing information there is a priority date of October 3, 2006. I started this whole process in October, my NOA1 for the I130 is dated October 10th. I'm just trying to figure out why there is a priority date on the page and what is the purpose. I was one of the few (ugh) that took 7 months to receive a NOA2. Any ideas would be appreciated...
Maybe they do have a rhyme or reason to scheduling CR1 interviews..yeah right...wishful thinking I know..
