Ok, tell me what you think. I called just to see what USCIS says about my NOA2 and of course I know they are reading what I read on their website. So the girl says you are still within the 6 month timeframe of the K1 visa. If you really want to know anything you can go to INFOPASS of your local center and make appointment.

Now someone please tell me, does infopass and the local center nearest to me really going to tell me if I am approved? That is a 4 hour drive from where I live. Or do I just sit back, relax and let it come what may? Need answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or opinions or whatever someone wants to say to me.

Realistically if they arent processing cases with your filing date yet an infopass is probably going to tell you exactly what you read on the site or get over the phone. I think this because I actually made one and that is the exact info I received. 2 hour drive for something I could read online!
