Hi guys..just wanted to start a new thread and find out who are in the same boat as I am. We all have one thing in common: to have our love of our lives to be with us ASAP. I want to find out how many of us here still do not have NOA2 and post your timelines as well. Also I wish someone can also be able to find the ones that have gotten their approvals and post them here (those who have gotten their noa2 with NOA1 from April 1-15). I believe this will help us and be able to congratulate those who are in our batch. Thanks guys and I wish us all luck that we may have our NOA2s before the end of July or the first two weeks of August. I hope non of us have to go through and wait over 4 months for the NOA2 to come. Got NOA1 April 14 and status until now is pending. No touches. Frustrating but still hoping to receive NOA2 soon.

Have you called using the RFE trick? Looks like you're going to get your approval soon. well, that's hoping and praying! you really had tons of touches and it can really drive you crazy huh? just hang in there for a little longer...please CSC, shower us with NOA2s please!!!!!!!!!

BTW, my NOA1 was april 10. haven't heard anything from CSC since then! seems like april batch is not very lucky!

thanks guys.. let's keep this running.. so far only 2 approvals this week and one was a february filer and one this month which was sam(something)..sorry can't remember the name.. tomorrow is friday already.. this week sucks.. let's hope next week will be great with plenty of NOA2s..

I'm just a little behind all of you. I was imagining the slow down with the summer months, but when I look at my timeline every other day or so, and see it bouncing all over the place, it really is getting to be a drag. It was at July 23rd when I checked in early July but has jumped now to August 26th. What I don't understand is the fact that my timeline can be different when compared to others with the same NOA1 date from CSC/NSC/TSC.

I'm overseas right now with my fiancee, and due to return to the states on August 6th. We're praying/hoping for the NOA2 prior to my heading home.

One thing I will do once I arrive home I guess, is start calling using the RFE trick. I never received my paper NOA1 (many haven't) and I suppose I could use that angle for a few inquiries.

Well, they can't sit on them forever. I just hope that it comes sooner rather than later.

Us too. Our NOA1 was dated April 9th, still nothing

Count us in! We have our NOA1 april 17, last update was april 23... still waiting patiently...I do really pray we can have that elusive NOA2 very soon..

Hi DEEZEE Your timeline gave me a spark of hope. It's amazing what a few days difference in the time our NOA1 were received made.yeah just getting touched with 'em BUT no good news from em yet regarding our case
I guess WAITING for that NOA2 is the best option.i hope it will arrive real soon

And its quite frustrating to see some people with later NOA1s approved first...but i guess that's just how USCIS works! driving me crazy here!!!!

I'm a March filer so I am really sad right now.. I saw one how had a NOA1 of April 23 got their NOA2 yesterday.. I sure hope we get ours soon enough as well.. and that we will see each other in the embassy together hehehe.. it's a small worl after all

i wont say a word about it being "unfair". ...sigh! but i will say its depressing...Ive always been taught life is how we make it for ourselves. life is not fair and immigration is even less fair than life! lol

Is it just me or has anyone of us have noticed that April 12 NOA1 are stuck!? I mean before the 12th and after 12th they are all gettting assigne, touched, and approved... what's up?

There are still many 9th, 10th, and 11th filers yet to be processed. The 12th hasn't come up yet probably because the dates before it aren't complete, including many on the 9th. The 10th has 2 of 7 CSC/TSC/NSC approved and and the 11th has 1 of 6, the same ratio as the 12th. There is no justified reason to think you are 'stuck' at this time, we will be approved soon.

I can understand how you're feeling, I've been through that, but you have to remember that VJ is only but a smart proportion of petitions CSC adjudicate. There are far more out there that we are not able to account for. Do try to stay positive, and hang in there. They will get to you.

my fiance called this morning but they said papers still in process and if there was a problem we would know by now.........

jessel chris.. i feel the same way.. my wife to be cries when i talk to her because it is so hard to be far apart and waiting.. and it hurts because all you can say is we will get approved soon.. all we can do is encourage them to hang in there and to hold on.. today is friday and i hope today and tomorrow we will hear a lot of approvals and i hope everyone gets it..

Having access to the forums and seeing the progress of others helps. I think it would be much worse if we had no news at all except what USCIS chooses to put out.

I had a hard time sleeping last night. I cried so much...I checked it online and still pending and I read some messages that really depressing, like some files was lost by CSC and they refile again. I lost my hope from reading all negative things about those petition that get sucks! I didn't feel well last night and I don't even want to talk to my fiance because I don't want him to hear me crying again.I cried so many times because of it.I'm tired of crying.... I understand how your wife to be feels I'm also in that situation. Just tell her to be strong and look forward. I know you deserves to be together.

Lets still hope to have it next week...

Just got the CRIS email that we were approved 8/7/07!

Guys, I'm so happy today! Finally got email from CRIS that they mailed our notice of approval Aug. 9. Really can't believe it. I really cried. Me and my fiancee have been waiting for this. I was the one who 1st knew and read the email from CRIS since my fiancee gave me his email account password. As I wrote this he doesn't know yet were approved. He's still sleeping right now. lol. I'm really happy! It's definitely mixed emotions. To Jessel and Kits you have my prayers. Keep the faith.
