OK. I have a question. My hubby just recieved his receipt notice last week for his application for an EAD. This Monday he received a biometric appointment letter stating his appointment for AUG 8TH. Today he just recieved another letter saying his case was transferred to California for faster processing and he would be notified of a decision made on his application. What in the world does this mean???? Can someone help me out on this one?...Thanks, Susan

Did you also file for AOS? Sounds like you are confusing AOS notice with EAD notice, compare case numbers.

AOS tends to get transfered to CSC for approval without notice, or it gets transfered to your local office for interview.

We havent filed for AOS...only EAD.

My EAD also got transfered to CSC on May 30th "supposedly" for faster processing, pending @ CSC on June 5th, then transfered to CSC again on June 18th and then pending @ CSC again July 12th i just wish they would make their minds up if my EAD was staying or going at CSC, now its going to take longer to process according to their emails because they process them in the order they receive them, now i have a july date that they received mine

My wife EAD case was transferre to CSC before she went for her biometrics. I have seen some people were transferred after thier biometrics and some transferred before that.

I only filed for EAD too and my EAD was transferred to CSC also. No worries. Don't expect touches after your biometrics for a while. You can see my timeline below so you cant get an idea on what to expect.
