I got my AOS Fee Bill and DS3032 via mail last week. I am confused, why is the DS3032 send to me? I am the petitioner of this case, should this be send to my wife's overseas address? Since it was send to me, am I supposed to sign and send this back? or mail this to my wife and make her sign it.

No worries ! The NVC sends also the petitioner a copy of the DS3032, probably because in case your spouce isn't good in English you can better help with understanding the form if you have an equal one back home . Your wife will likely receive her copy of the DS3032 pretty soon (mine took 10 days while my wife (petitioner) got her's in 7 days). If you want to speed up your case, I recomend that your wife e-mails her choice of agent . There's no need to physically sign and send the DS3032.

My husband sent me the DS3032 thru FAX. I signed it and sent to NVC thru Fedex.
NVC received the form the following day but I received the NVC's original mail a week after.
So, don't wait for the NVC 's mail.Goodluck.
