Hello everyone.

I got my AOS Fee Bill and DS3032 via mail last week. I am confused, why is the DS3032 send to me? I am the petitioner of this case, should this be send to my wife's overseas address? Since it was send to me, am I supposed to sign and send this back? or mail this to my wife and make her sign it.

No worries smile.gif! The NVC sends also the petitioner a copy of the DS3032, probably because in case your spouce isn't good in English you can better help with understanding the form if you have an equal one back home smile.gif. Your wife will likely receive her copy of the DS3032 pretty soon (mine took 10 days while my wife (petitioner) got her's in 7 days). If you want to speed up your case, I recomend that your wife e-mails her choice of agent good.gif. There's no need to physically sign and send the DS3032.

You can also check out the first thread of the National Visa Center forum named "Timesavers" to have a better understanding on how the CR1/IR1 visa process works at the NVC level.

My husband sent me the DS3032 thru FAX. I signed it and sent to NVC thru Fedex.
NVC received the form the following day but I received the NVC's original mail a week after.
So, don't wait for the NVC 's mail.Goodluck.
