Hey everyone, I have been redaing some other posts about people waiting more than 90 days to get thier EAD. I thought that it was a pretty simple process to get an interim EAD if the processing is past the 90 days? Am I worng?

The USCIS website says you can make an infopass appoinment and your local field office will provide further instructions. Does anyone have any thoughts?/experiences?

(if I don't get my EAD in 90 days, can't get a US driver's licencse, can't drive anywhere as there are no buses around, then can't get to school eaisly crying.gif )

Local offices no longer issue interim EAD, this stopped in Sept 2006.... all you can do is make an infopass appointment and ask then te contact the service center and request they issue your EAD or send an interim EAD....
