Hi....I just found your group here... I guess we qualify for June filers not listed here....My fiancee and I sent our I-129 to Nebraska on 5-29....California received on 6-12. I have not received hard copy of NOA1. But, maybe that is okay....No news is good news?????

A lot of us didn't get a NOA1...problems of some sort I guess. You don't need it though because it's just a notice that they have received your petition. You want to get NOA2. If your fiance(e) was able to get the case number off the back of the cancelled check, you can log on to USCIS' website and track your progress there.
