Hi guys i just want to ask if how important is the FORM DS3032 in NVC? And how long does it take to have the schedule of medical and interview for the visa here in the Philippines if we have already the case number from NVC ?

For CR1/IR1 visas the DS-3032 is extremely important. It's the form you use to let them know who the choice of agent will be.

As far as I know the OF form are obsolete, we now need to file the DS-230, and depending on your country you will have to file only part I or both part I and II. Probably you will need to file them both parts with the supporting documents, I would suggest that you provide them with certified copies and keep the originals.

No need for OF-169, just the DS-230 for CR1/IR1 visas.

Yes im now using the Jame's NVC Shortcut. My Husband email me the DS3032 the one with barcode and i send it back to NVC tru email. My Husband already send them the AOS payment.

The NVC only replies to my email tru the automated reply and they never mention in their email that they already received the AOS Bill.

My question is in your case how did NVC replies you and how did u able to know that they already received your AOS payment is it tru email also?

Just wondering if you already send your email to NVC with your choice of agent. If so did they reply yet? The reason why I am asking is because i send my email on Jul 27th and still haven't received a reply from them.

Yes i already email to NVC the DS3032 i received an automated reply from them. Then when my husband call them on the other day they said that they will send the I864 any day this week. I think better to call them..
