I got my card in the mail from VSC yesterday.
The NOA date is 2007-01-29.

Still waiting with a March filing date.
Hey Guys,
Just got the approval email on Aug 1st from VSC and the "you are approved" letter on Aug 4th. The letter claims the new card will be sent in 60 days. My NOA is Feb 3.

Well...I was just RFE'D form a NOA 1/12...soooo lets see what happens next!

VSC received it February 27 but the NOA date was March 7, 2007.
