Hey Guys,

We got approved.

It took less than 2 hrs and it was a cake. Had a great experience at the embassy and for the people who have interview scheduled in Delhi, DON'T WORRY it is really easy and smoooooth.

First, we were called at the counter just to verify the paperwork. The guy asked me if I was the petioner. He returned all the original papers to us. We paid the $100 fee in cash (US $)

We were called again about 30 mins later. A very nice American lady took her finger prints of my wife's index finger and asked her 3 simple questons.

1) Who made arrangements for your wedding. She thought it was arrange marriage and my wife played along and said our parents.
2) Is your husband Hindu or Sikh because our last name is SINGH. My wife said Hindu.
3) What does your husband do in US.

That was it. I am very happy!!

Coming back on 8th.
