Hi guys..

I have a question regarding the estimate dates of adjudication here in VJ. All of us have our dates go up and down throughout our waiting periods. Today is July 23 and my adjudicated date here is July 22. Since I have passed that day already, will it still fluctuate (up or down)? Or it will stay that way? Because its sais at the bottom of that date to try and call USCIS if you haven't heard anything from them 10 days after the adjudicated date they have given. Thank you guys and I hope I'll get some answers. Tomorrow is our monthsary and it will be a great gift/blessing to get our NOA2. God bless guys and thank you again.

It keeps changing!!
On the 18th mine said the 16th
On the 20th it said the 18th
On the 21st and 22nd it said the 19th
and today the 23rd it says the 23rd lol

However future hubby called uscis friday night and found out we had been assigned to an officer on Wednesday 18th.
Maybe you should call again and see if yours is too.

Good Luck

The estimated adjuducated timeline is not a promise to when you will have your case adjudicated. it is within the time of others who were approved or denied. Again it is an ESTIMATE, not an actual time line.
everyones case is different, no ones timeline is going to be the same or even close, depending on the case situation.
dont let it drive you nuts. smile.gif

Bro,

You're at CSC....give it more time. Nothing at CSC is fast or on time.

Perhaps they are always on time, to be late.

I don't think the OP was asking or even hoping that the date given was a promise of any type, just asking whether that date got put in the timeline and then stayed the same, or whether it kept changing as outside factors changed... something that I think has been answered already wink.gif
And that was news to me too, so thank you.

The VJ adjudication predictions are only as good as VJ members.

If people don't update timelines, the system is thrown off. THat said, they are a good rule-of-thumb guide - but they're still just a guestimate at best.

You can start making calls whenever you want, but just manage your expectations. Most likely, you'll continue to have no news until you get the good news. I know it's frustrating, but as soon as you get to the State Department stage, things will get better - Promise!

It's been about 102 days for you now. I know how that feels. We waited 111. We also had a few touches - which at first made me happy and then drove me bat-poo crazy when nothing happened for another week or so. You're still within the realm of average - a bit on the longer side, but not crazy long yet. So call USCIS if you want, but be prepared to hear no news.

In red is the reason i brought up PROMISED DATE. And i made my point and it was fully understood and accurate. thanks

It means that hopefully that we will be approved any day.
When you are assigned to an officer at uscis it means that someone has you petition ready to be looked at but i think they get quite a few like bout 30 assigned to them at a time. so can take a week or two if you near the end of the bundle they got!!!

For us, the VJ prediction was the 25th. We got NOA2 on the 26th. Funny is that on the 26th our VJ prediction changed to the 28th. So at least for us it was plus or minus 2 days accuracy.
