Hi All,
Just wondering why this happened!! I filed both of my I130 and I129 on VSC. I got NOA1 for I130 from VSC but NOA1 for I129 from CSC (address shows @ the bottom of my NOA1). Does that mean they have transfered my case to CSC?...appreciate ur input..
Thanks
ASMO
Hello,
I also sent my I-130 to VSC and was automatically transferred to CSC. I sent my I-129F to Chicago as instructed for my area and the application was forwarded to CSC. Which I would have thought our case should have stayed at VSC for processing!
It definately sounds like your applications have traveled to the CSC. If it reads at the bottom of the NOA California Service Center that is where they are. For my I-129F only I did recieve a transfer NOA
for the CSC. But, I did not recieve a NOA for the I-130 when they forwarded our application from VSC. The NOA for the I-130 petition read on the bottom corner California Service Center.
Its very frustrating this whole process! To my understanding there are only two Service Center that process I-129F applications and this is VSC and CSC. I do not understand when you send a petition to the correct processing Service Center that they would forward this on to another Service Center. Our applications should have stayed at VSC. Now, we are waiting in a line up of applications that
the CSC can not keep up with! Very dishearting............. Our lives continue to be placed on hold and waiting for a person to decide when they can give the final say. Very disgusting and not fair !
