I will be traveling to Habana ASAP because of a family emergency.
I am USC, but I have not yet changed my passport from my married name…. as I wasn’t planning on traveling anytime soon. Will this be problematic, I still have other ID and credit card with my maiden name I am just wondering if there would be any potential problem upon re-entry into the US? Or am I just being silly?

My husband is still waiting AOS so it is not possible for him to go and trying to get AP will take a little time. And could possibly be problematic since the emergency is in Cuba and the tremendous amount of bureaucracy that he would have to go thought to get the permission to enter. And asking for emergency AP for Cuba without applying for US permission to visit just might be big red flag!!!! So we feel him going through a third country may not be a good option
We haven’t ruled this option out, but see it as problematic are there any other Cubans or people who know Cubans who have returned to Cuba for an emergency while AOS was pending???????????

No problem at all, many married couples don't change names after marriage, just book the airline tickets in the name that is in the passport.

Is your husband travelling with you and, if so, is he going to acquire AP?
