Full Version: Filing I-212 at the consulate

Hi,

How is the fee being collected at the consulate if you file I-212 there? Do you still write a check to the DHS or just pay at the consulate with whatever form of payment they accept?

i know for a I601 one of the australians reported that the cheque is made out to the australian embassey not DHS..

maybe email the phillipines embassey and ask them.. take a look at the phillipines embassey info there might be their email address in there for you...
