but i have a question

how long time (approximately) [size="5"][/size][color="#FF0000"][/color]to my case to be sent to egypt ? and how long I have to wait for the interview?

The times that it takes varies between service centers... Also the embassies. Could you please fill in your timeline? People may be able to give you a rough idea then

CONGRATULATIONS!! Just to clarify...you recieved your NOA2? You mean the approval before your petition goes to the embassy? We are waiting on ours and also will be going through the Cairo Embassy. From what I can see it should take about 3 weeks for them to get it. Call NVC and get your new case number. Call the embassy with that number and request your packet three be sent. This isn't mandatory but I've heard it can speed things up a bit and get the packet sooner. While waiting you can go ahead and get your police report, medical, military papers (if u are male), pay the $100 to CIB and collect ALL informatin you can find to document your relationship from the time you filed till interview date. The petitioner shoud send the Beneficiary the I134 with supporting documentation and I'd prepare for that interview.

Would you kindly update your timeline and information? When did you file? What is the date for your first notice of action? This information helps VJ give close estimates on waiting times. Thanks for doing that.

Samar, the reason that everyone is asking you to update your timeline is because it will give everyone a ROUGH idea... Also when you have done this, at the bottom of your timeline it will give you an estimated adjudication date.
If you click here http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/intro.php and fill in all the relevant information and then click save right at the bottom of the page.

You should PM Captain Ewok and see if he can't delete your post # 13. That is not wise to post your case number .
Once your petition is approved, it is then sent to NVC where some checks are done and then it should be forewarded to the Embassy in Cairo. Depending on how long NVC keeps your petition depends on how fast they complete the checks.
Try calling NVC and ask them if they have your petition. 1 603 334 0700 press 1 then 5. If they do, they will give you a new case number, probably starting with CRO2007****** .

I agree with Nagishkaw i would not post your case number although will be getting a new one after it reaches NVC. It takes time to go from the NVC and clear there then to the Embassy in Cairo then you have to wait for packet 3 and then you get and interview. Afterwards is Administrative Processing since you are going through Egypt it will take time look at other timelines on here including mine below and it will give you an idea of how long things take.
