I've not received an NOA1 hard copy in the mail. Maybe I never will. I've got my case number from the back of my check. I guess that's all that matters.

I did not receive my hard copy after 30 days from the time my check was cashed. I called USCIS and asked them for another copy to be sent to me. The nice man explained that this was the result of a computer printer glitch for May and June filers. I got my new copy 4 days later, so if you want to make sure that you have a hard copy, just call, and they should send you a new one quickly. Hope all goes well:)
