Like to ask if theres anyone from here who experience big delay in nvc... I was approved Last June 20 and until now uscis havent forward our papers in NVC.. is that normal???

Have you called and asked them about it. It is possible you are in Administrative Review. I was held up at NVC for 5 months in A/R as were many others.

thanks for the info.. yeah did called the nvc and said they havent received our case yet from the nvc? is that possible uscis stuck our papers after aproval in uscis

Our case was stuck 21 days between CSC and NVC... but what we think is actually CSC sends your case to NVC and probably NVC does some checks.... and only after they forward it to Embassy... I don't know if it's truth
anyway good luck! 
My case took 21 days after approval.
