when i check my case status for the I-130 then i see that "Case is now pending" in addition the last update date is 07/06/2007 and there has been no change since that
what do that mean ,is it in process ??? or is it waiting to be processed???

Ours was 7/07/07 ... similar to yours still pending
Case pending is normal, and it something that every case goes through before a decision is made. Your particular case is pending, meaning they received your application, but a decision has not been made.
