After being sent my NO2 I hoped things would get better wrong. Stuck at the NVC for the last 3 weeks and was told by one lady lie and told me that the backround check was done just was waiting to be sent to Manilla that usually takes 2-4 weeks. Then called the next day to have someone say that it was still in Admistrative processing with no timeline. So today I called a good friend of mine that has an uncle that works in the Dept of Foreign Affairs gave him my information to see if he could have one of his Immigration friends follow up on my case and have it released from the Black Hole at the NVC.

The NVC has no timeline to process your case meaning no one is held accountable for not doing there job correctly. Really lets think about something how long does it really take for our government to find out things about you.

This is the funny thing around the same time that the NVC received my case I got a High Security job at the Airport which required me to get fingerprinted by the FBI and to run through the Dept of Homeland security backround check that was completed in 2 days, and everything is clean.

So I want to see if my friends uncle can speed up the process a little. I refuse to wait another 3 weeks for someone to lie to me about my visa application. Am I jumping the gun or justified? I will update the processing of the case as soon as I hear anything. mad.gif

It took 3 weeks for my case to reach the NVC from CSC. Now it has been stuck at the NVC for 4 weeks in administrative processing. I get the same message, there is no time line for AP.

My papers took 21 days after approval alltogether.
Delay has been known for a while now.

I understand what you're going through. It took 30 days for NVC to receive and process my approval.
