VSC cashed our check on 6/29. We still haven't received any correspondance from them. Has anyone else filed recently? I was reading signatures and it seems VSCs turn around has usually been 2 weeks after cashing the check, and it's already been 3 weeks for us. Just wondering what others have been seeing recently.

Welcome to the black hole at VSC. They are very slow turning these application around. See my time line below.

3 weeks seems to still be well within the expected timeframe for the NOA.
I wish they would at least update my online status to say they received my fingerprints.

It took them 2 months for an NOA at the end of last year, so don't fret yet.

Our NOA arrived from VSC for myself and my daughter about 2 weeks after we filed and the Biometrics appt letter came a week after that. Bear in mind our applications were about as complete as anyone could hope and we had no weird issues with our application.

Ugh. It's been a month since they cashed our check and still no NOA. Her green card expires in 2 weeks. I guess it's time for me to call the NSC and find out what the heck is going on...

I mailed on 7/7/07 and VSC received on 7/9/07. They cashed the check on 7/16/07. After that, nothing has happened. Long way to go...

Finally got the NOA1 today! No more worrying....at least for a little while.
