Wow, and when I was watching my timeline (like 5x daily, it seemed) I thought somebody was messin with me. I had it nothin like you guys!!

The range, best I can remember, was that the estimated approval dates jumped around from 1 May to 20 June. The approvals apparently came 16 May. There was a delay in getting the corresponding notices.

I'm curious.. why did you apply at the CSC when you are from PA? I'm from Philly and my I-130 was in Vermont which approved it in under 2 months! Now my I-129F is being sent from the NBC to Vermont. How did you end up at the CSC???

Clarky and Tarah
Yay mine is still the same as usual.

I originally sent our I-130 to Vermont but, because of the "back log" with HB1 Visa's mine was transferred to California Service Center. Also, the transfer letter stated to speed up the process we are transferring the application to CSC. Now who knows what is going on? I would have thought mine would stay at Vermont and be processed by now. Very dishearting! That is awesome you had an approval within 2 months in fact its probably a world record! I wonder if it would be worthwhile having the case transferred to Vermont? Or just leave it at CSC? Probably if it was transferred it would not help at this point. Anyway, I would have preferred Vermont to have handled the applications.

Thanks,
