I am a dual citizenshp holder USA and Morocco my question is: Can I get married to my Polish fiancee in Poland as a Moroccan and then bring her to the USA where I live as a US citizen? The reason I am doing this is because I am intending to do it as fast as I can specially I'm thinking about visitig Poland soon and we are ready to get married? Please do not tell me about k1 because we( ME & MY FIANCEE)'ve already discuss it but she wants to get married in Poland in the presence of her family. Thanks a lot for your help and have a pleasant day everyone smile.gif

Married is married and US Citizen is US Citizen. As long as there is no doubt you are the husband named in the marriage certificate, it won't matter which passport you used to travel to Poland.

As you show evidence of a bona fide ongoing relationship, some of your evidence may be stamped in your Moroccan passport but I don't see why that would be a problem.

I agree. Also, doesn't the US just kind of ignore other citizenships?

You mean there are other citizenships wink.gif Yes. you are right the official US position is essentially to ignore other citizenships unless you have willing given up your US citizenship to accept that of another nation.
