Hey Everyone! I think our EAD was approved today, but it doesn't actually say it in the case status. It says....
Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On July 18, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
Does this mean it has been approved? I am guessing it does, but don't want to take any chances! How long should we expect it to take before the card is here??? I would appreciate any help!

Yes, your EAD has been approved! I'm still waiting for the approval of my EAD so i'm not too sure how long it will take before you receive it. Am sure someone who already has been approved and received theirs will let you know.Maria.
Our I-485 was transferred to California, but our EAD stayed at the Chicago National Office. Good luck! I bet yours will be any day now. We hadn't had a touch on ours since our biometrics!
