I just got my NOA2 hard copy in the mail, and it says:
"The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate."
...ok. What about the National Visa Center? Granted, the scan of the NOA2 that's here on VJ is 5 years old or something but it still looks the same except for the wording. And the "listed consulate" isn't listed, either.
