Hi everyone, I am here in the US on a K3 visa and I am about to submit my AOS package.
Do I need to complete the I-131 form, application for travel document? Doesn't K3 visa allow me in and out of the states if I need to leave the country?
Please advise

You're right - if you have a K-3, you don't need to apply for advance parole, because the K-3's a multi-entry visa.
