I'm new to the board. Can all who have received an ead tell me how it was delivered? Is it registered mail or something that needs to be signed for or will they just stuff it in my mailbox like regular mail? My EAD went into card production on the 13th of July and i noticed on many people's timelines that they received their EAD within 3 to 9 days of it going into production so I'm anxious to receive mine. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

By normal US Post office Mail. There is a notation for return service on the envelope, so the Post Office wont forward it.

Mine didn't have that at all on it. Plain white window envelope, no USCIS emblem or USCIS anything on it. Just the P.O. box address for Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Looked at my envelope again. Return P.O. box is Lee's Summit, Missouri but it was mailed from Kentucky (zip code on postmark). Again, no notation on it about mail forwarding. Totally plain white envelope.

You'll get the envelope in the mail, simple as that!

It seems mixed. Some people have got cards with "Return Service Requested" some others haven't. NBC was supposed to stop doing that, but I've heard of people recently how have got cards with that on the envelope.
