Hey Everyone -
Have all the people who sent in their EAD application around the middle of April (my NOA1 said April 10th) received the actual card yet? My case when I sign online still says "case received and pending" when I would have expected approval or card production. The Infopass people can't give me an interim and my lawyers have asked them to expedite the process. Online, the processing time is now late April, so I am just wondering if:
1. It always says "case received and pending" unless you receive e-mail notifications (which I am not using). I spoke to someone and they said they received the card before even getting the approval e-mail
2. Has everyone else received the card? and what are your expectations?

If it has been longer than 90 day since receipt, you can go for and info pass and they could may a request to expedite it
