Anybody with experience out there have a spouse in Taiwan going the I-130 route? For the DS-230 form do we only need to fill out Part I and then part II is signed at the interview? Any other Taiwan NVC/AIT experience or pointers? Thanks.

Parts I & II need to be filled out. The beneficiary signs Part I before the interview and then signs Part II at the interview in front of the CO.
