My I-130 approval came so quick we're still spinning. Now there is the dillema.. do we pursue the K3 or abandon it in favor of the CR-1?????
What it boils down to is this: How does Lagos schedule the interviews. Accd. to VJ stats, the CR-1 interview is scheduled roughly 10 months in advance whereas the K3 is closer to 3 months. Can anyone tell me if there is truth to this or is this trend totally thrown off by some wacky cases?
So I guess my questions are these:
Is the CR-1 interview scheduled a year in advance or is there a possibility of it going faster than (or equal to) the K3?
Does the NVC really schedule the interviews? Or does the Lagos consulate schedule it on their own?
Does anyone know how to obtain this information?

2. NVC schedules Cr1 interviews for Lagos
3. I only know from personal experience, not sure where it is written.
