Hi guys can anyone tell me how my grandma can track her case # what website or where do we call to have an update on her case? i have her case number with me.

That is for NOA1 to NOA2 after it leaves USCIS there is no tracking, other than the occasional phone call to NVC and then DOS when the case gets to the consulate.

They just changed the address, it's now:

Right there you can make a profile and add your receipt number. You can opt for receiving status changes by e-mail.
Only for case status changes you'll receive an e-mail, for touches you have to log on and see if the date has changed.
Doesn't do anything for you case, but it will show you that they've at least been looking at it. whistling.gif

I used it to follow Claudeth's AOS as it moved from MSC to CSC and then all the touches and approval.
