Hi everybody

I have a question,just got my pack3 today.
Now my question is, I am a dual citizen should I fill in the DS-156 Form in twice or not?

Any help will be very much appriciated.

If you are a citizen of the country where the consulate that you are interviewing at then just the DS-156, or use the citizenship noted on the original visa petition.

Nope, just use the nationality that was indicated on the original visa petition I-130 or I-129F, G-325A.

Ok thanks. I will just fill in the DS 156 with the German citizenship which was orginally on the I129F.

Sounds like a good plan. good.gif

Also most consulates prefer the DS-156 that is on the state department site, it generates a special barcode on page 3that contains all the entered data.
