I received the NOA2 on June 18th. But the Chennai, India consulate keeps saying they have not received the case yet.
I tried calling NVC at 603 334-0700 but JUST CANT GET THROUGH.
Help!

The best thing to do is just... keep calling. Unfortunately there's no other way to track down the petition that's being forwarded to the NVC.

Have you tried emailing the Chennai consulate to see if it's already there?

NVC can be busy during the day, its best to call during the off peak times.

If you've never actually reached NVC to see if it's there, you can always try the DOS number to see if it's in Chennai already. (Actually, hold that thought, you need, I believe, the State Department case number - but you can give it a shot if you'd like. Perhaps they can do it with beneficiary name and birthday, not sure. Otherwise, try NVC again, either close to their opening or closing. You'll get through eventually. Numbers are at the bottom of my signature.)
