Hi guys

I just got Pack3 in the mail today (I am an April filer)
Figured I would open this topic up to help eachother with questions etc to the packet (such as affidavit,pictures or whatever else).
Obviously there are instructions in the Pack3...sometimes however people still have questions (probably like myslef as son as I sit down and fill it in)
