My wife is Costa Rican. I just wanted to confirm that she does NOT need a Canadian visa to transfer flights at a Canadian airport. She would be en route to Bermuda. Also on the subject of Canada, I was curious if it is less difficult for her to obtain a tourist visa for Canada, in general, than the USA . In other words, she was denied a tourist visa for the USA. I was hoping she can experience an English speaking country during the long wait for her K3. Any advice, suggestions or answers are appreciated. Thanks!
