Hi.
I am a petitioner for my Japanese wife. I have had my I-130 approved and has just recently paid the OAS Bill. I am now expecting the DS-230 bill and Affidavit of Support form. Since I am well above the poverty line in my household, will I be sent something like the I-864EZ instead of the long version? If anyone knows, please tell me.

Thanks,
Tom

Why mess with it!
It's almost as "EZ" to use the regular I-864.
No need worry about it then. You have enough other things to worry about!

You can download the I-864 for your wife's case. I'm also way above the poverty line and that's what I used for my husband's petition.

Hi, Mononoke28. Does it mean that you did NOT use EZ even though you were above the poverty line?
Thanks!

We used the EZ: no assets, no joint sponsors, no children immigrating ... we are using just my husband's income.

You can use EZ version, only if you are using the income (no assets, no co-sponsor, etc).
