Not certain this is the place for this topic (and feel free to move to right place if not)..BUT...

So my original service center was suppose to have been Nebraska....until they had changed that and all I-129F's go to California Service Center now. My question is......are they being slow or what? I've been to the USCIS's Website...logged in, and their pages haven't even been updated since June 18th! Anyone know where the timeline stands at? We mailed out our petition in April, and got the NOA1 on April 18th. It's been 93 days as of now...and just wondering HOW MUCH LONGER crying.gif lol I know...patience is a virtue tongue.gif

I takes about 3 months to get your NOA2. Mine took 3 months and 2 days. You should get it anyday now. California has always been about 3 months on average so your not out of the ballpark yet.

This page I am assuming your talking about is the current Processing Dates for Applications and Petitions? That page should all around be ignored anyway. They will even try to tell you when you call them that they are only processing petitions dated in December(which is what that site says currently for the California Service Center).

This only means that there is still some petitions that are at the the service center with a December date on them, but they are still processing petitions beyond that date.

As I have seen it in the past, they update on the 18th of each month. I got my NOA1 on April 10 and now it has been 96 days for us. So I guess we just have to wait and wait and wait.

Look at the processing times. Its taking around 104 days now (average) but anyone can be ahead of or behind that window. 104 days is actually quicker than it has been in the last few weeks.

Mine took 128 days - so certainly no guarantees that you'll fall within the average.
