So my husband told me he was given his xrays to take home from the medical..is this OK? Do he need to bring them to the embassy..?

he probably won't need them at the embassy.. but it's always safer to have in case they ask

Nope!

Kimmy, do you know what forms are enclosed in the K4 packet? I know that one of them is the DA 230 part II but what are the names of the medical forms? My husband finally received his appointment letter and it stated enclosures but no forms were included! Go figure right? I would like to do an internet search and send him the forms. Let me know and thanks.
