Hello All, I'm new to the forum and have a few questions if anyone can help. I mailed my I129F and all documents to the TSC as instructed.It was recived and signed for May 25,2007.it was then "transferred" to CSC.My check was cashed June 5, 2007.I have still NOT received any notice of any kind from USCIS CSC. I called the customer service finally and was able to obtain the "file number".I was told on the phone the processing dates are being done for applications received December 14, 2006!! Is this correct? Why have I not received the NOA1? Any help will be appreciated.

During May and June, a number of notices were not sent out. But as long as you have your case number, you dont need to worry about it. You will need to keep the notice sent when your petition has been approved.

It actually takes about 3 months on average for your petition to be processed at CSC. They give out that date, as there are some files still that old being processed at the CSC. But most people get through much sooner.
