Hello guys! Can anyone tell us if getting married while the I-129F petition is on process possible? What are ths possible implications it may entail on the ongoing visa process?

Do you mean getting married before your K1 is issued? If you do that you'll have to reapply for a K3 (spousal visa) because the K1 is for a fiancee. It would render your K1 invalid if you get married before it's issued.

By getting married, you have to cancel your K-1 and start over with K-3 or CR-1/IR-1. So yes, you can get married, but you have to start the visa process over.

As far as I know K1 visa is for fiance visa and if you intend to get married while k1 visa is in the process..I guess you should reapply for K3.

Based on a previous post, re: expediting the K-1 petition, it sounds like you want the visa as soon as possible. Welcome to the club.

If you get married before the K-1 visa is issued, the K-1 is null and void. Then you apply for a K-3 or whichever route you select ... and start all over again. You get in the back of that line.
