HI EVERYONE

can the Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statment tells how much one has for his/her annual income and thus make sure if he/she meets the requirments?

Yes the W2, shows gross income before taxes, and that is what is used in I-864 used for CR-1 visas.

You attach a copy of IRS 1040, and W2 to prove the income data listed on the I-864.

The W2 is used to prove the numbers on the 1040.

Box 3 or 1, whichever has the highest number of dollars in it.

in box 1 : wages , tips, other compensation there is 15162.95 and

and box3 : social security wages 16204.76 so which one is the annual income ??

Box 3. is the total income but if this is the only income, it isn't enough. You'll need a joint sponsor.
