Put none. You're not married now, are you?

You put NONE because you are not married at the time of the visa application, you are a Fiancee.

Now if you were processing CR-1 or K-3 visa you would put your US Citizen Spouse there.

Do you mean that you had multiple visitors visas, or you're having issues filling the form out through Adobe Reader? Technically Canadian citizens don't get a visitor's visa as we're under the visa waiver program between the US and Canada.

You can always add the date by hand, or add an additional statement on a separate piece of paper if there's not enough room.

Yup I got multiple visitor visas , since I,m a canadien permanent resident I have to apply every 3 month for a new visitor visa when I go visit my fiance, ( I think its actualy cool since I get stamps most the time I go back to canada wich I can use as evidance now ) but thank you bee I was able to fill the question with adobe R ,
but I do have a question for you I saw on your timeline that you faxd the package 3
do you know if its possible to fax it when your out of country ( am visiting my fiance at the moment , my son told me the package arrived in canada , am goin back there this sat , if my son would give me the info they need back at theyr office , do you know if I can fax it to them from the states ?
if not will send it in a week when I,m back in canada

You can fax it wherever you need to.
