Hi!
I'm not sure if I've posted this in the right place. I sponsored my husband's visa and we have now moved to the US and are settling in okay. I recently changed my last name to hyphenate my maiden name and my married name, so it is a different last name from that which I applied for my husband's visa.

I know we have to let the USCIS know of any address changes, but do I inform them of the change of my last name? I have updated the change with the social security office and we are still at the same address. Has anyone else done this?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

I'd say you don't need to let USCIS know. After all you've got the Visa, Dave is in the USA. From your signature it looks like Dave will have gotten a 10 year green card as you had been married for more than 2 years when he entered USA.

I may be wrong. But I'm sure someone with more experiance will correct me if I'm wrong.
