I know lot's of people have been successfully letting NVC know your choice of Agent by e-mailing NVCinquiry@stave.gov, and I have had my wife just e-mailed them too. But I'm just wondering if it's still necessary to Send the completed DS-3032 to:

Attention ACL
32 Rochester Ave.
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909
Given the difficulties encountered with internantial mail, Does anyone know if it's okay to send via FedEx or UPS to the NVC address above?

If you e-mail them the Choice of Agent is not necessary to mail it. I suggest following the e-mail with a phone call if more than a week has gone by because it seems like the NVC was just hit with a ton of cases and they're running a little behind.
