Hi!
Could someone please enlighten me,
when you pay the IV bill to the NVC,
does it have to be one cashier's check/money order for the full $380?
Or two checks/orders - the Immigrant Visa Fee for $335 and the Security Enhancement Fee for $45???
Thanks very much!

This is not an Off Topic thread, the question would have been better posted in the NVC forum.

I bought a money order for $380 at the USPS and mailed it overnight right away. Killed 2 birds with one stone.

And I am sorry for a wrong topic. I have no mental concentration today... no0pb.gif

A moderator moved it for you, so don't worry about the wrong topic.

Also use a personal check, so that you can easily confirm that the check is cashed.

Don't use a personal check. The NVC only accepts checks or money orders for the IV bill.

No, they don't accept personal check for IV Fee. It has to be a money order or a cashier check. The IV fee is $380.00. You have to make only one money order or cashier check of $380.00. Make sure, you write the case number on the top right hand corner of your money order or cashier check.

Got it, shall use no personal checks,
thank you!
